BB paint 300ft logo on hillside

The logo, which was filmed for a Big Brother 4 ident, was sited next to a Bronze Age-dated chalk horse on a hillside in Uffington after Channel 4 paid the National Trust £2000 to use the site.
Local residents have demanded an inquiry into the appearance of the logo, amid fears that other National Trust-protected sites could be loaned out to appear in other advertising campaigns.
"People should not think the site is a free advertising hoarding," said Alan Hardy, senior project manager of Oxford Archaeology.
However, a Channel 4 spokesman insisted that the stunt was 'environmentally friendly', as the chalk - which is due to be washed off on Monday morning - would not damage the hillside grass.
